I read all the books, prayed, screamed, cried, ran, went to therapy, and silent retreats, all in search of how to make the pain stop. From my childhood wounds, traumas, loss, abandonment, karmic relationships, etc ... I have been in the trenches of what felt like an ongoing Hell.
